Each team only needs to register once - all participants must be added to the required form completed while registering, during check out. If you have more than 12 participants on your team, please email events@penetanguishene.ca with additional participant details.
Guidelines:
Cardboard Toboggans must be made out of cardboard and tape only. No wood, metal or plastic can be used. Cardboard may be taped, glued or sewn together. All metal staples in a cardboard box must be covered with duct tape on both sides.
Cardboard Box Racers will be inspected for safety and compliance with the above before your run. Results of the inspection by the judge will be final.
The cardboard racers will be judged for several awards. Prizes will be awarded to the most creative box car, the fastest box car, the most people in a box car, and for the participants with the most team spirit.
The racers acknowledge that they will push or pull their racers to the top of the track.

The Cardboard Toboggan Races will take place on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 10:00 - 12:00 PM, registration opens at 9:30 am . All racers must be present during entire event.
