Programs
Our youth program is designed to help aspiring athletes build a strong foundation for sports in a fun, positive, and supportive environment.
Each week, participants focus on developing fundamental movement skills that are essential for all sports. We work on both locomotor skills (such as running, jumping, hopping, and multi-directional movement) and non-locomotor skills (such as balancing, stability, coordination, and body control).
Through engaging circuits and step-by-step movement breakdowns, athletes learn the basics of physical literacy — understanding how their body moves and how to move with confidence. Skills are taught in a way that is easy to understand and age-appropriate, helping each child progress at their own pace.
This is a 4-week program, running once per week for 45-minute classes, allowing participants to receive focused instruction in a structured and engaging setting.
