Cardio drumming is an exhilarating, rhythmic, full-body exercise which combines drumming movements with aerobic exercises. We will blend the energizing thrill of drumming and the exercise characterized by cardio. Participants, using drumsticks and exercise balls over a stable surface such as a bucket or stability ball, move in time to rhythmic beats set to music, creating a great and exciting way to fitness.
The great thing about cardio drumming is that it fits all fitness levels. If you’re a first-timer looking to start a fun workout, or a veteran fitness athlete looking for some new variety in your routine, cardio drumming gives an energetic way to improve health and wellness.

Each Week there is room for 30 participants in this class.
There are 24 Sets of equipment available for use.
You may bring your own equipment if you have
